Zobicart.pk Return & Refund Policy for Buyers

Customers may get refunds after initiate a return request through their verified account on the Zobicart.pk website within seven (7) days of delivery. As Zobicart.pk does not currently offer a mobile application, all return requests must be processed via the website.

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product, size, color, etc.).
  • The delivered order is incomplete (missing items or accessories).
  • The item significantly differs from the product description or images provided online.

Please note that returns based on a "change of mind" are not permitted.

Conditions for Return: To qualify for a return, all items must be:

  • Unused and in their original state.
  • Accompanied by all original tags, manuals, warranty cards (if applicable), and accessories.
  • Returned in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging.

Return Process: Returned items must be packaged securely. Customers are required to include the relevant order and tracking numbers with the return package to ensure proper processing. Items that do not meet the specified return conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Warranty and Authenticity: Customers are advised to check the details of any applicable seller or brand warranties for electronic items and mobile phones, as these warranties govern issues that may arise after the return period. Zobicart.pk upholds authenticity guarantees on its products, though certain exclusions may apply.

NOTE: Customers are advised to contact our support team to stay updated about your Return / Refunds Request. After succesful approval  by our Administration , your money will be returned back to the Customers if applicable .
